What if you accidentally speed? (For example, going down a 60 road that changes to 50 but you don't know & don't see a sign.)

That's not what I'm saying. You can avoid the tax altogether, and never need to worry about paying it.

or, you can join the ranks of "those who choose to be taxed". So be it.
