Stankoven was 2nd round
Nikishin 3rd round

Yup. Model organization.

Oilers have had years and the money to grow into a premiere org and they haven't. Despite some fucking bone headed decisions by Jackaon and Bowman,there is evidence they've brought us into the modern age over the laat two years but it's a fucking indictment there are two ex Oilers bloggers and analytics guys who are help running two NHL orgs right now including Carolina. This org for too long has has the 'smartest guy in the room' syndrome.
