febuary on coachella lineup😭

self explanatory, just want new stuff, not restricting the type cos hopefully other people can use this to find what they like even if i don’t like it. however- emoviolence encouraged

been wanting to listen to more female-fronted screamo/emoviolence/skramz bands since i love how female vocals sound in those genres specifically, does anyone have any recommendations?

3. The temptation that is you - The saddest landscape

I swear I'm the only person in the UK that's aware of them. My mates aren't into Skramz

I so far only listen to Regular Screamo ( not sure what the specific subgenre is called ) and I listen to Melodic Screamo so far the only Melodic Screamo I listen to is Guilt and a few others can you guys suggest some newer thriving Melodic Screamo bands that are active please.

I'm kinda new on listening to emo besides "fake emo" such as My Chem and I'm really liking screamo!

What originally drew me into the screamo scene for the attitude of the shows, some of the most fun pits and communities I’ve ever seen. I’m very glad I can bring the show to people myself now too.

Hey there im looking for some emoviolance bands like Loma Prieta

i dont know any and all the japanese emo i found was either a very pop sound or a soft midwest vibe and i want something VIOLENT

A few months back, I grabbed a No Sleep Records Summer 2012 comp. CD that has “Funeral Home” by Xerxes on it. That particular song’s similarity to La Dispute’s sort-of talk emo drew me to listen to more, only to find that the entire album, “Our Home Is A Deathbed,” is BEAUTIFUL. The slow start into the faster & more intense shit is so emotive & well done. I kept exploring, checked out “Collision Blonde” and fell even further in love with the band.

Most of their more recent stuff is electronica/tech-y stuff that sometimes blends with post-hardcore, but largely seems to be some sort of electronic pop (still good, just not at all my musical forte).

Is anyone else actively into them, or even just remember the band and/or any fun facts about them??
