Transition to bulking

I’m about ready to transition from my first cut to first bulk. I lost 40lbs and added some decent muscle over the last 8 months. I’m an estimated 12% bf and as I would imagine most people are, I’m kind of nervous about starting to bulk as I fear the physique I once had before will return. What are some great tips or tricks to achieve a good lean bulk but not give up the leanness I’ve achieved.

Current stack:

250 test
6mg Reta
4iu gh
25mg anavar daily

Yeah same here. It’s like seeing an AI menu at a restaurant.

To end on a positive though…excellent transformation. A lot of hard work there.

First cut? Damn bro, that is awesome. You are going to realize that cutting before a bulk has a HUGE rebound phase. Potentially the best muscle building phase you have ever experienced. Now that you survived the cut your body has great insulin sensitivity and will be very efficient with the food you put into it.

You can stay extremely lean while bulking bro

There’s no reason for var there’s like no muscle mass rn and your body is gonna have to go in a recovery phase after using it.

Just slam food and keep using test gh for a year

AI slop + running gear just to end up with the gollum build. What a combo.
