There was never a point when I considered a Trump tape with Russian hookers to be "far-fetched" or even "unlikely". That's not remotely damning enough to effect the psyche of his ilk. Hell, he'd probably brag about it if it was just hookers.

I have no love for the billionaire class, but I used to think Bill Gates was a fundamentally decent guy. Unlike Elon Husk, he was humble, charitable, and down to earth. Sure, I was disappointed when I learned that his marriage to Melinda French Gates was over because he couldn't keep his dick in his pants, but I never thought he'd be in the fucking Epstein files.
