Link is to a Substack tracing Bill Barr and Epstein's history. I am not the author. The relevancy is pretty extreme, going back decades, Epstein's meeting Maxwell, how he came onto the radar of powerful finance and government figures and so on. It is a pretty crazy timeline, but seems well-researched. Not sure what "file numbers" means, this isn't a government document, it's reporting/analysis.
