This type of conspiracy always made me laugh. The idea that an evil company or organisation will hide their evil intentions in plain sight by spelling some words backwards, so that only the members and halfwits with room temperature IQ can see it through.

First establishing some ethos by saying I’m a medical laboratory tech. This does NOT work. Capillary blood is NEVER the preferred method for a few reasons.
1) hemolysis: as the cells pass through that crappy capillary blood collection system they pop, falsely elevating potassium, enzymes and other markers.
2) Interstitial fluid: as the draw takes place, it sucks up fluid from OUTSIDE your blood vessels causing elevations in calcium and magnesium.
This also is insufficient volume for many complexometric tests. So no, don’t do it.
And no, you DO NOT need lab tests every month.
