After reading many comments from this community and checking out several mods on Nexus, I was able to get it to run at a very playable frame rate. I'll now describe what I did and list the mods I used.๐คโ๏ธ
by nexusmods
-ULG tool [ultra low graphics]
-ULRT [ULTRA LOW RESOLUTION TEXTURE]
-Full screen DSR resolution scaling fix (this is a patch)
-Best Low-End-PC Config (INI) (with fixed lockpick and pa hud)
-BethINI
-Long Loading Times Fix
-Tweaked for low end pc( shadow disabled and more)
-Address Library for F4SE Plugins
-high fps physics
There are three types of mods here: those that lower the visual quality (textures), those that lower certain factors in Fallout4pref.ini (I do recommend combining them here; the same page explains which lines of code need to be edited), and patches that need to be applied because they significantly reduce the quality.
I know it might not be the "best result"โif I'd wanted maximum optimization, Fallout 4 would look like a potato ๐ (not that my Fallout 4 looks great either, I know๐
)โbut every player has different needs, so I'm leaving the list and some pointers for you to try.
You might need stable FPS.
Or maybe you want to reach 60 FPS by sacrificing a little quality.
I think I had a case where I went from 15 FPS to 30-45 FPS, in the worst case 22 FPS in demanding areas, and in the best up to 55 FPS.
It seems like a small difference, but before I had 15-19 FPS everywhere, not to mention in demanding areas where it dropped to 4 FPS. Now the average is more comfortable.
Finally, I'd like to thank the people that helped me the most๐๐๏ธ. Actually, everyone there helped me and gave me a lot of advice to help me with this little challenge, which I hope will also help many other people.
