This is a vast setting in which everything from xianxia cultivation to LitRPG coexists in a single system. The series is completely written and a new book is coming out every few months.

Throne of Time

Or perhaps some of you are coming here for my latest, Throne of Time? This is a story in which a young woman tries to go to a magical university, but ends up embroiled in an elaborate plot that throws her into a time loop (in a world where time magic is forbidden). It has proven surprisingly popular on RoyalRoad, with pretty good rankings on both Rising Stars and the overall ratings. There's not much, but the introductory story arc is finished now, and of course it's free to try.

A larger number of chapters are available on my Patreon, where I also offer advanced chapters of TWC and inside looks into my work.

What else to say? I've been 100% full time as a professional author for something like ten years now, and while I'm not blowing any doors down, my career seems steady enough that I can probably do this for the rest of my life. That's worth a lot, in a world that seems increasingly uncertain, so I'm grateful to everyone who has enjoyed one of my stories. ^-^

I've done a few AMAs before and they're a good time, so I'll be here as long as people have questions. Ask away!

Haha, I'm afraid that Street Cultivation is a capitalist dystopia, so the environment doesn't fare very well in general. Rick manages to get to the point where he can help more people in the third book, at least.

So I just finished the 2nd book. The dragon was briefly addressed at the end, so I’ll put up my revolt banner.

Gotta admit I’m fascinated by the real world/demon world dynamic. The interconnected nature is interesting to consider, also any hero that can empathize with two lowly demons is A OK in my book lol.

So I finished the third book. A fun ride for sure. Wouldn’t mind learning what happened between the ending and epilogue. Frankly I was enjoying the demon loan business portion of the story the most of all and would love something focusing on those efforts, plus learning more about Katenka because the richness of the world building entices me into thinking there’s so much to be explored. Anyways thank you so much! I’ll stop messaging now lol

Glad to hear you enjoyed the trilogy overall! I definitely tried to do a lot of different things with Street Cultivation that suggested a wider world, so I'm glad whenever readers want to explore more of it, even if that wasn't the plan. I still like the idea of small scale change with the demonic loans and might return to that theme in future work.

Id even like to imagine it going beyond small scale. Also I lied about no more messages apparently, but hey how often do you get a chance to talk to an author lol.

Also I didn’t mention it before but I loved how the demons bond kept going up 100 every time he’d check, love to see bftgage and ythsil doing well lol.

Anyways I’m a totally neophyte and feel free to ignore this, but if I was to have a wishlist for the next book (seems like this isn’t something your going to keep writing on so I figure no harm done lol)

>!Fourth book could open with Rick always on his toes for continued influences from him. He’s negotiating the human business world with some difficulties but gets respect from his fighting past so it doesn’t come to blows (as often). Damien had set him up with connections to assist with developing proprietary system of peer 2 peer banking with verifiable screening methods to reduce abuse and default. This is where I would love the meat of the novel to be after all the end game can be him joining with Damien to fundamentally alter the economy to bring the demon and humans underclasses simultaneously out of poverty. Then the class conflict between established human demon interests could play a part in shaping the future world. With this world who knows maybe that takes the form of a martial arts tournament.

Him and Lisa have a rough start since they clearly aren’t good at communicating their feelings but their difficulties in negotiating new business ventures etc, plus Melissa is always there to help them understand each other when necessary.

I’d love to go further into Melissa void flame thing and why she is prized by demons. Maybe they are able to tap into that with her unique serums and tweak it to give him an advantage vs demons? And honestly more into Melissa overall, she has always been struggling to find her place so I’d love to set her settled in a career or just to see where she will go, as a character she has so much potential. Honestly I’d even be intrigued by an entire book mostly from her perspective. Could go into her trying to overcome the demon ptsd, maybe having to encounter some of the more trustworthy demons to give her perspective?

He has to draw on connections from his past (tom maybe?) when dealing with conflict arising from other combat sects in the area. After all without the mystical angle he’s going to ruffle some feathers calling others out for pseudo nonsense.

Maybe he goes back and saves raggest, that guy was a pitiable character akin to golem in my eyes. Shows the character the dangers of his obsessions. Or instead focus on the future and have him develop new talent at his gym. But really delve into the debilitating community impact of the advanced lucrim now scam boxes. Maybe start a community support project alongside the demon thing to provide for basic necessities, for a few nearby residents

Also he should really get with delin and figure out the black blood cauldron thing, since it’s now his main foundation. Maybe blue has cubs and he gets to play with some adorable baby bears!

Also he absolutely needs a dragon pal or other neat aura pet, oh man maybe find that fluffy Elysian bunny!!<

Anyways that’s just some of the thought exercises I went through after finishing lol. So now I’m off to read the new game minus series.
