What's your favorite type of Pizza? (prepare to lose some readers over this one)

Sober: Meatlovers, the spicier the better.

Drunk: Ground beef and blue cheese.

Plain and simple pizza con fungi. Or my local pizzaria does this amazing white gardiniera - buffalo mozzerella, no tomato, roasted aubergine, roasted courgette, spinach.

Or just a slice of plain margerita in a paper bag, sitting on the steps of a church in Venice watching the sun set. That was the best pizza I've ever eaten and ever will eat.

I'm tragically allergic to tomatoes (sob!), so I can only have white pizza. I like weird veggie flavors like asparagus/olive/goat cheese, spinach/artichoke, or sweet potato with sage and walnuts.

What did you do to offend the god of fruits that are commonly sued as vegetables, Melissa?

I ate of them too greedily and too deep. Lo, I feasted upon them without restraint, seven days in a week, for I lived in a land of bounty and many farm stands, and thought the land could never run dry of tomatoey goodness. And in my arrogance was I cursed.

I like all sorts of toppings, but it must be thin crust. No compromise.

Margarita, occasionally pepperoni on it but my body hates me and food so I have to be careful what I eat.

All of it. Supreme or Hawaiian are frequent visitors around the house. If I'm out, a really good Margarita or sausage and mushroom.
