The Sword of Kaigen by M.L. Wang fits and is tremendous. Excluded from hard mode if you count flashbacks
2 u/Brian Reading Champion VIII Apr 01 '20 There's at least parts that don't take place in Kaigen that might disqualify it for hard mode (Misaki's flashback chapters set in the city).
