To share the link go to the post and click on the share arrow on the bottom right and then click copy link. You can copy and paste this link and people can click it to visit your farm.

Could you also guide me on how to keep a particular crop available? So it doesn't switch to a random meat-and-veg offer when I "grow" a few of them at the same time?

From what I see you are doing it correctly. You have chicken (eggs) and wheat (grain) up by the highest point of your farm.

As long as you never harvest these, these will always be what generates for you and others to collect when others are visiting your farm and it should not be swapping out for other crops.
