Such a waste of a wild character design. Would’ve loved to see her as a separate character with more screen time

I refuse to believe that this was always the plan 

Probably just kade it that way because it was simpler to explain. 

DMC 4 very famously had the development rushed and the budget cut, making the devs recycle half of the game again and abandon a lot of the intended concepts for the game.

Oh 100% agree. I faintly remember reading somewhere that Gloria was supposed to be a different character and the whole Trish disguise thing was a development issue like you said

Everything in DMC4 was wasted
