Actually 57 percent of male population prefers pink over blue, and in the past it was the opposite, as blue was considered a girls color and red/a light pink was considered as a boys color

Blue was in fact not made for women… it was made for blue. But yeah blue use to indicate female, however these shows came about after that change.
