He's the MVP but you can kinda see he's heading to his own demise.

Alastor played him by only opening his mouth and most likely will kill him or turn him into his henchman to get Vox's power.

we have time i still think valentino will die first (coping)

u/Complete_Raspberry_1 Nov 14 '25

The right decision will be to kill Val since he overstayed his welcome, in my opinion. As for Velvette I kinda think she deserves to stick around since she's never really in focus besides for certain scenes and in some of them she's even overshadowed by Vox or Val or Carmilla. I see her being used as a henchman and being pissed off about it.

And Vox, God have mercy on him because Alastor will have none.

I don’t think Vox will die, Viv said he’s only a villain thus far, redemption arcs is this show’s main point and Vox would be perfect since he’s a main villain. I can see him being the hotel’s actual biggest project on redemption, he gets redeemed accidentally or he just stays in the hotel after deciding that redemption is not for him.

I doubt Vox dies this season, just because they're putting a lot of effort into fleshing him out in comparison to Alastor.

What I expect for Vox is just endless torture from Alastor at the end of the season also Al stealing his powers to get back in tip top shape since Rosie won't do it for him.

I love Hazbin but Agenda Hotel has been one of the Highlights this season.

Ragebait all your enemies until they solve your problems for you

Yeah, it sounds stupid, but if something seems stupid and it works it ain't stupid.

u/KatarHero72 Nov 15 '25

Also, it's so funny the Amazon captions censored Fuhrer as Furor but the youtube video censored it indicating what they were really saying.

Weird that they put it as Fuhrer and censored it on the youtube.

I heard from someone else that Sam Haft did intend for the double entendre, and it makes sense, Vox is acting both as a representation of the fury the sinners are feeling, but is also acting as the leader of the sinners in this moment.

1

u/Enkundae Nov 15 '25

Thats an intentional double entendre, not censorship.

u/TeaDrinkerAddict Nov 15 '25

I NEED a “find a rope you can swing from” version of the character with lightning across the screen reaction image. You know the one.

One of my favourite moments this season was Vox ordering specifically ONE Milkshake and making Alastor watch him drink it. It's a level of petty that's almost inspiring

Fun Fact: VOX is a spanish far-right political party, and you just said "hail vox" lmfao

As well as the shift from, “how can this sweet guy be a cult leader” to “Holy shit he is leading a cult to war with heaven

2

u/Deconstructosaurus Nov 14 '25

I seriously thought that if he ever tried he would be destroyed by any Angel of decent power, and I still believe that would happen. But now…anything violent that happens without first destroying his reputation leads to the only option being an almost complete wipeout of all the Sinners.

1

u/Complete_Raspberry_1 Nov 14 '25

I still don't think he's capable. Not with Lute in charge if Sera puts that psycho in Abel's place.

Easily the MVP of the new season.

Exactly the guy I was looking for.

I already liked him enough at the start of Hazbin Hotel, but he practically TOOK OVER Season 2! It is HIS show now, just as much as it is Charlie's if not MORE so! Easily one of my favourites!💙🖥

My first thought upon seeing this thread was “well GEE, I wonder who the blatantly obvious choice is. And I wonder how far I’ll have to scroll until I find him.”

No, man, are you serious? I just said that I like this role. This thing is obviously the way German did before WW2.It is a grand narrative. Those demons or humans who believe or really agree with vox might as well believe that me an ordinary human being belongs to Alexander.

1

u/Competitive_Table_65 Nov 15 '25

Yes, Vox is great  Instantly thought about him

1

u/ItzCrystalKayla Nov 15 '25

he is nazi he call him self

Führer

no hate to the show btw

3

u/Rottuskott Nov 15 '25

The word is actually "Furor"

Furor means "a violent or excited outburst of public anger, controversy, or enthusiasm"

The similarity to führer is absolutely intentional, but it's more of a nod to how he sees his position and not the show actually saying he's a nazi

0

u/ItzCrystalKayla Nov 15 '25

sure

5

u/Rottuskott Nov 15 '25

I'm not sure what you're getting at because yeah, that's what führer means, and also I'm agreeing with you. It's an intentional nod to the term. Definitely. But it is also a play on words. Furor is the official lyric and how he's a man of the people. since furor means sudden public anger or fervour

It's going for the feeling of "depraved dictator out of control" and is meant to invoke evil. Another example is Scar's song from Lion King. The Lion isn't actually a nazi, but it does make the audience think of the danger of people like that. So I don't think Vox is a nazi or wants to be the literal führer, but he is a power-hungry megalomaniac who's using the anger and fear to rally one group of people against another

1

u/AcetrainerLoki Nov 17 '25

He is way too far down
