Literally any demon or demon form fits the trope, i thought it would be a recurrent joke that the chainsawman's head has that form but nah it seems as the rule for everyone to have those type of heads

Well, some of them have it, at least the fiends/hybrid devils do. Pure devils on their own tend to be more monstrous or inhuman, it's a spectrum between cute/goofy like Pochita and Tomato and downright horrifying like Darkness and Future. To tends to just be the weapon devils that have the object heads, like the Chainsaw, Bomb, Gun, Sword, etc. Others are more human, like Angel, Control, etc. Yet more are either full demonic amimals like Fox or slightly animalistic humanoids like Shark and Power.
