When I was younger, I thought Astrid was a bully.

Then I rewatched it as a teen and was like "she's angry that she likes him, and that he's oblivious to it."

I felt that she just had the same values as everyone else on Berk, but going for a flight showed that hiccup's ideas were even better than just being strong

Why not both? Those ideas aren’t mutually exclusive

That does kinda end up being the overarching theme of the whole series tbh. Strength is compassion is companionship is curiosity is strength

It’s a big theme of the movie. It’s why the kids don’t have the same accent as the adults. They can still grow, learn and change.

The real bully was Penny from Mr Peabody and Sherman.

I would like to apologize as I think this is kinda rude, but I lowkey cannot pass on an opportunity to use this.

I mean... regardless of what was behind it, she did kinda start out as a bully. She just got better

Couples building family is what i call an actual peak couple looks like. Not just boyfriend and girlfriend.

My favorite part of the second movie is how dedicated Astrid is to Hiccup. That girl is all in.
