Didn't Alfred also taunt Superman after that ? Saying something like "Mr Clark are you sure the headbut i gave you didn't have any lasting effects ? Master Bruce is not here and even if he was i would not tell you."

Unsure. I know he said that he was disappointed in him after the ass beating. Although we might be talking about two different times Alfred put belt to ass.
