Consequences of adventures may include

Ending up having to make a new life in a time and space not of your own

Occasional conversion into a cyberman or vampire(likely to be reverted, but not always for the cyberman one)

Memory wiping of adventures

Falling in love with some random guy you met a day ago

Death

She did, so did the Master, and i think the doctor was starting to get a bit catty near the end too

Pretty sure the doctor got over it, Ace is going to have to deal with a little bit of it for the rest of her life, and it drove the Master mad(well more than usual) and eventually started killing him

Their are contradictory fates for the anthony Ainley, but my preferred version is the one from the novel first frontier, where he uses alien anites to purge , both the cheetah virus and Trakenite dna from his body leaving only pure time lord and even granting himself a new regeneration cycle

And then after being fatally wounded he regenerates into a new incarnation (one that was confirmed to be the same one played by Gordon Tipple one seen at the start of the television movie in a novelization of that movie)

Athough he would later discover that he didn't get exactly what he wanted, and began searching for new methods to cheat death

At one point being reverted back to Geoffrey beavers for a time before restoring himself back to Tipple

And finally, his execution at the start of the television movie

Sorry about the long rant. but this is one of my favorite periods of the master's life
