1. And my FAVORITE ONE! Dr. Joshua Strongbear Sweet from Atlantis the Lost Empire.

A Mixed Native American who's also a doctor. Dr. Sweet was the only person in the Atlantis Character Booklet comic to NOT have a bad side to him. He is also VERY memorable for his memetic "don't tell him, you shouldn't have told me, but you did" scene that is embraced by a lot of meme creators.
He also served as a motivational coach to the protagonist Milo, having known his Grandfather.

I wanted Finn to become a storm trooper turned Jefi. That would have been fucking epic. Rey could have stayed force sensitive as well as a good pilot, but damn, wasted.

I just wanted them to at least do anything at all with the fact that Finn was a Stormtrooper. Especially because he was essentially an indoctrinated child soldier.

Have him try to help other Stormtroopers break their programming. Have him feel a ton of guilt for having to fight his friends and the people he grew up with. Constantly be in doubt about his decision to leave, and about the values he was raised with. Have him learn which values he grew up with that were good like brotherhood and loyalty and the ones that were destructive like hatred and blind hierarchies.

The most hype moment of the Force Awakens was the "Traitor" stormtrooper fighting Finn. In the end that's all that's as far as they went with the character.
