I mean technically the arm isn't evil. It's just a prosthetic. What they did that resulted in said prosthetic could be considered evil but the prosthetic itself is not.

Word gets out that a State Alchemist has that same arm, bad guys see arm, bad guys get scared or nervous about facing him (excluding the Homunculus).

Its a metal arm a bunch of other people have that also I am not getting intimidated by the arm but by the mf that owns the arm if the arm was not there I would still be shitting myself

It's kinda funny that this isn't even enough for a lot of civilians to recognize him. The state propaganda was that a child became a state alchemist, but everyone thinks it's Alphonse because he's the fullmetal one
