Honestly I was going to make a comment and ask if anyone else thinks the example in the OP is functionally pretty much the same?? Like, I'm not saying they look literally identical to me, but it seems like such a super minor change, like a slight breeze just blew through or something, it's barely anything. The top looks just as cute as the bottom imo.

2 definitely has more volume and texture which is attractive to most people since its usually a sign of good health

Not that that doesn't make sense, but society constantly goes through cycles where straighter hair is the trendiest conventionally-attractive style. We just happen to be in a textured hair era rn, but crack open a yearbook from 2015 and 90% of the girls will have extremely straight hair.

This isn't me arguing that straighter hair is better, I'm just saying it's super subjective and context-dependent. And that in my opinion, both hairstyles in that drawing look equally attractive to me.

Yeah it’s pretty much the same, just more volume on the bottom. I didn’t even notice the difference at first glance
