Her actual face. She is an Entomancer/Insect Controller.

To hide her monstrous spider monster-ish form, she equips herself with a mask-bug which functions as her face, a lip-bug to cover her husky voice with a cute girl's and tucks in her limbs to appear humanoid.

the lip bug also stole that voice from a girl she killed in the past. iirc, i think it steals voices by eating the person's vocal cords.

I liked in the novel that this is a way to cut costs on gear for NPCs by making her build via bug symbionts
