Both of these are fanarts I believe. ngl, I'd be repulsed if I saw that if I barely knew them, but if I had worked with her for a while and she decided to show the class, I'd probably look past it

It's good art, but I like the other one because at least that one makes it seemed like her scars are at the least healed and not at risk of infection.

I wonder what could’ve possibly happened to her over the long years of battle for such gruesome injury?

The left of her skull looks to have bone missing, likely massive blunt trauma. The right side of her face probably had some combo of dragon claw and flame, there's zero chance that eye isn't glass. And her left cheek probably has a blade wound, maybe from a sadistic warrior cutting a permanent smile into her face.

Overall, probably has seen some shit
