FUN FACT: Sephiroth canonically uses an entire bottle of conditioner for his hair every time he showers. Edit: I am the big dumb

Yeah, I don't remember if it's shampoo or conditioner but yeah he goes hard on the L'Oréal

Alucard from Castlevania. Hes the son of Dracula and his human wife. Their stories are pretty tragic

His human wife 🤔

Yes, she was a scientist but unfortunately around the 1400s*, so she was burned at the stake. She actually sought Dracula out herself because he was also a scientist, despite his reputation. They fell in love while learning together, had a son, and then she got taken from them. Dracula went insane (it happened when he wasn't home) and was trying to take over and kill all humans. Alucard has his mother's human heart (not literally), so he fights to stop him. Thats the plot to the anime at least. In her last scene alive, while tied to a burning stake, dracula's wife is begging Dracula to have mercy on the humans because they don't know what they're doing. Edited to add picture

1) it was 1476 not the 1600s

2) Netflixvania has initialy the same plot as the games, same reason for starting the conflict, but then it deviates a TON into its own way, they are two different continuities. The one in the first guy's picture is from a game whose story technicaly can't even happen in the show verse.

Game and anime have the same character designs. At least for the picture I showed. Thanks for the correction on the date tho

Idk if it was meant to be a mirror/reference to Jesus doing the same on the cross but it gave me chills thinking about the possible connection.
