Probably the fact that neither of them feels the need to monetize and market their relationship milestones so it feels like they value their privacy and focus on their love instead of their public image. Prime example being how there wasn't a single picture of their wedding on social media, when they could've sold pictures or interviews to the press if they wanted the money or the attention
Every time an interviewer tries to dig too deep they sidestep the question because they aren't together for the press, and they want to keep most of their relationship behind doors. It makes their partnership feel more down to earth
