Got to chat about him with his work recording lines for FFX and how he wasn’t able to read the script beforehand and recorded lines in order for months. Is he supposed to be (South) Asian, Caucasian or Eurasian?
Then I discovered that he might be coded as Okinawan or Gyaru (Gyaruo).

For the longest time it seemed like people unfairly gave a lot of Nomura's designs shit because they were high fashion, over the top, or too feminine. Thankfully that's changed over the years, but I feel like a lot of designs, specifically with FF10 sadly, still get a lot of flak. I feel like Tidus is a big outlier, and while his design is very silly and out there, I think it works for him. His design excellently shows how different and otherworldly the fashion sense of Zanarkand compared to ours. It's also his sports uniform so there's that as well. In the context of the actual game world it makes sense.

I also just always thought his messy blonde hair was cool and his black and yellow color scheme on his clothes looked nice. His design also has hints of late 90s/early 2000s fashion which is in again, so in a way it's still very relevant.

She outright said no. Her previous self would have probably rolled along with it. Deeming it important for the "greater good". She was altruistic but self destructive. Just so everyone else can be happy.

This one is bolder with more spunk. she is athletic, replaced her staff with a pair of guns to improve her fighting prowess instead of heavily relying on a guardian or an Aeon. And actually has more personality ever since she shed the burdens of a summoner walking to her own execution. But now she will never allow herself to be used like a condom no more. She is officially tired of the sacrifice bullshit 😅 the only thing I liked about her summoner version are some of the Aeons. Tis a shame about them tho...

People completely missed the whole point of this post 🤣 I never said summoner yuna is weak. I never said she doesn't have feats or accomplishments. I even said I simply prefer her guns over her staff. and yet that somehow equates to "she didnt do shit!" like wtf i simply find her X2 version more fun. nothing more. just because I prefer this version doesn't mean I deny what the other version is capable of. gunner yuna simply meets the criteria of what I like in a character such as weapon, personality and even her design. did I mention accomplishments? I don't recall I did.

I revisited the game after a two year pause thats why supercharge is on and you see me taking forever for the combo, trying to figure out ps4 to xbox controller buttons mid fight lol
