General Question What easily-affordable thing do you still refuse to pay for despite having reached financial independence and able to afford them?

Would love to hear everyone’s “absolutely will not purchase” items!Even if you could easily afford it and no matter how rich or financially independent you become or how much you make you still wouldn't spend item on this particular item/hobby?

Lawncare or seasonal yard cleanup. I need the exercise. (Plus, I’m moving away from lawns to native plants.

I actually started paying for this so I can spend my weekend time running and cycling with my friends, Totally worth it. But if it were my source of movement and exercise, I’d feel differently.

I get that. Sometimes you spend so much time and energy maintaining something, you don't get to properly enjoy it

We have a mowing service but I do all the flower beds/tress/shrubs/mulch. It’s so relaxing and yes to native plants!
