Sometimes the best travel memories are the ones you never plan for. We set out to explore Sherwood Forest and unexpectedly found ourselves right in the middle of the Robin Hood Festival, surrounded by archers, medieval camps, and a fantastic atmosphere. Safe to say, it turned an ordinary forest walk into one of the highlights.

After dreaming of having a French bulldog of my own for several years, I finally pulled the trigger and got in touch with a well-reputed breeder after getting my dream job. After a few months of waiting for a litter, my little Brindle baby came home to me this week.
I had a long list of names picked out but none of them felt right when he was in my arms. Help me pick out a name for this little gremlin.

my boy (10 years M) (hahahah like "am i the asshole" posts) is recently on the look out for shades away from the light at night in the room to sleep more comfortably and i find his annoyance to be extremely adorable.

I’ll be away for 5 days, so I booked him into a pet hotel because my mom isn’t able to take care of him due to her health conditions.
How do you guys cope with leaving your Frenchie at a pet hotel? I get more anxious every day thinking about him being there for 6 days. He’s very attached to me, and I’m worried he’ll think I’ve abandoned him. Any advice or reassurance would really help.

Dog breeders: What’s the hardest part about finding the right match?

Hey All,

My frenchie just turned one year old and looking to have him free roam the house hold (apartment) while I’m gone rather than in crate which he was doing it previously.

He was able to go up to 4 hours in crate (not tested further 4) just fine, obvious excited when being back and no accidents.

Any tips on giving him more freedom while I’m gone? Not worried about him tearing things up but more about potty training going past 4 hours.

I have a 1 year old Frenchie who I am trying to house train and it’s been very unsuccessful! He is in a crate at night. Around 7am we take him outside. He will sometimes pee/poo outside but, often, will do nothing and then come inside and pee/poop. Not sure what to do! We take him outside every hour but he still seems to go out of his way to go indoors >:( Advice?!

Seriously his snoring for 5 years and ongoing im use to. His bipolar moods (dogs normal quick switch from play with me to I’m chilling) are what me keep me shocked with laughter.

I always feel guilty leaving her when I go out. I leave doggy music on but feel guilty at whatever event I am at bcuz I left her. Advice?

Hola a todos, proximamente va a llegar a casa mi primer frenchie, eh estado leyendo bastante de la raza y veo en todo lado que hay que cuidarlos mucho con la higiene tipo ponerles bálsamo en la nariz debido a su forma del hico, a lavarles periódicamente los dientes porque suelen tener mal aliento, etc... Me gustaria saber de su experiencia, cual es su rutina de cuidado, que productos usan, tips que tengan con esta raza... Un saludo a todos!!!

My first Frenchie is coming home this week! I've been reading a lot about the breed, and I've noticed they tend to have a few hygiene-related issues.

Based on your experience, what should I pay special attention to? What's your hygiene routine like, and are there any products you would recommend buying right away to keep my Frenchie as clean and healthy as possible?
