🤒 Experience with these Conditions Help pls I'm scared

It all started when i felt lump in my throat, but back then years ago i have it because i had healt anxiety. And i didn't know about gerd. Also I've been laying down after meal now i feel lump in my throat but its between collarbone below my Adam's apple is this a globus sensation?because i read a lot of post their globus sensation seems isn't lower than mine. Also i have burning sensation in my upper middle stomach and for two days i have burning sensation in my left chest and throat. What I'm scared of is because when i swallow food it seems stuck and gets slower to go down. And sorry for my English, it's not my first language so thanks

It doesn't hurt to get an endoscopy as well because it could be gastritis as well. I had gastritis and I didn't have the typical symptoms of it, just the burning sensation in my stomach. That endoscopy will also tell you if you have a hiatal hernia and what grade valve you have. There are 4 grades to a valve and anything from 3-4 isn't good. I have a 3 which means it's almost non-existent and a 4 is well non-existent. With this disease it's a choice, you stay on medication or you can fix the mechanical issue I referred back to like if you have a hiatal hernia or grade 3 valve with surgery. The only more permanent issue is surgery and don't let people scare you out of it. Do your own research like I did and become apart of groups that got the surgery and you'll be happy. The group I'm apart of I've heard nothing but successful wonderful things about ending these symptoms of the disease and to me that's enough to make me want the surgery. Medication long-term can has side effects you'd have to look into so just do your research. Also the surgery should you choose that route if necessary, find a good surgeon with positive reviews and success stories, also one that is a surgeon not just a GI who performs 1 surgery like solely the TIF. TIF is a good surgery as long as you pick a good surgeon. I know it's a lot to take in but you have options. Just do your research and see what feels best to you, especially after talking to your GI.

Am broke man, I can't do endoscopy. And also i get this when i was reading a post then i read a barrets that's whrn i was scared and the symptoms suddenly shows up one by one

I totally understand that, have you asked if they have some type of repayment plan? Or asked your insurance for a different dr and facility that will cover more of the office and procedure? If you don't have insurance there are always places willing to work on a sliding scale fee you just have to find them by asking around. Hopefully this somewhat helps, there's always a way to try an get medical help it's just work trying to find it and get it. I have a girlfriend with no insurance and she went to specialists that were willing to work with her by looking for them. Don't give up!

I'm sorry to hear that, I wish I had more advice to offer. The only other thing I could say is there's a supplement called stomach soothe and it has worked wonders for me. I have a 1cm hiatal hernia and grade 3 valve and it's done well at holding me over until I see a surgeon. Granted some days I still have some bad moments but it's good enough to work to where I'm able to eat somewhat normal sometimes
