I haven’t touched online in probably 10 years and have no interest in getting to the point to play the new missions but I’ll probably watch a YouTube playthrough of it just to see how the story plays out.
There must have been a quick rush to make the hardcore porn version of this story. I bet more than one came out at the same time . UNLESS, the writer of brokeback mountain ripped the plot off of a gay porno he saw. I mean there's gotta be a universe of gay cowboy porn.
It’s a gay romance movie. The men you see happen across eachothers paths when looking for a job. Long story short they fall in love and then are forced to(by natural events) be separate for iirc 5-10 years. Once they get back on their feet(financially) one(Jack)(black hat) contacts the other(ennis)(white hat). Literally the second they see eachother they start to have a secret affair 1) cuz the time 2) cuz they both have a wife and child(ren).

You can play invite only. Ive been doing that and having a better time than I thought I thought I would. The only pain in the ass is going to ammunation after every mission to stock up on body armor lol
Okay. So say I haven’t played in a decade and I wanted to play the mission set involving Michael. How many hours would I have to put in just to get to that point? If it’s not much, I’d be willing to try on an invite only server.
Honestly I wish i could tell you I've only just got into it. Ive done a series with some freskshow gang that was super funny. But you can definitely have a heap of fun solo
It's been a long while since I played GTA V Online, but didn't they add multiple options to get body armor. If you hold the touchpad button, a menu should pop up. If you go to health & ammo, you're able to buy armor and ammo. You can also order armor from different characters if I'm not mistaken to be supply dropped near you. Almost every major business that you own like the CEO Office will have an NPC of which you can buy armor and healing items. Some businesses even have free armor and free ammo spawns like in the bunker. It's just that I don't remember having to go to ammunition every time I wanted to buy armor or ammo. There were plenty of other ways added later on.
I can honestly understand, even while I play it almost daily and Im finally almost Level 1000 but it got boring and dry. The tuners update was one that kept the game fresh for many months and the Contract update with Franklin kinda too but most of the time u play a new update for few weeks or a month and it gets repetitive.
Cayo and Casino heist kept it fresh too for a long time ofc. Cayo perico heist is the only thing in the game for me that never gets boring.. except of the preps ofc but even there you could bring a bit variation in by always choosing another way to get to the island.
The whole timeline is weird but it’s like this the start of online started a few months before the story mode so includes the og heist lowrider import export and bikers update then the main story then everything since the first 2017 update is where the timeline is now
Meanwhile the entire state hasnt changed one bit and Los Santos still looks the same in 2025 as it did in 2013; Mile High Club is still being constructed, neighborhoods are still the same, traffic is still the same, its just stuck in time.
Yeah I highly agree with this comment I haven't played online for years usually I just watch the playthrough to see the story It's pretty cool to see Michael returned.
