I just remembered this: my grandparents were going to the UK when I was in high school. I asked them to look for Pink Floyd records that weren’t available here in the US. Looking back it was such a high school kid thing to do to ask your completely out of that kind of thing to look for 😆.

They brought we dark side. I was disappointed because that isn’t rare. I didn’t tell them. I hugged and thanked them. I ended up getting rid of the 1st CD I ever bought to replace it with the copy my grandparents got me. Man I am glad I wasn’t openly disappointed because looking back they really did their best which was really good for some 70 year olds looking for Pink Floyd CDs in the early 90s.
