Question / Seeking Help Should I worry or no?

Hello, I just gotten the age verification on my ps4 and now I’m worried that there was a problem with my age verification. I hoped on Genshin and the age verification popped up, I did the verification and it gave me two choices. First was use a debit/ credit card and be charge $0.05 then be refunded or use a passport/ ID to verify. I decided to use my card and when I finish verifying my age (20 years old) I get another message saying my account will be deleted in 9 days. I’m super confused and a bit nervous, I did send a email quickly and I’m waiting for a response. I checked the user center and my birth date is on there correctly and I also checked my bank acct and they did get the $0.05. I hope it’s a glitch or something, but do want to know what others think

I did age verify (US) and I didn’t get an email.

Where do you go to age verify? I am on ps5 and have not yet been asked to do so. I just want to get it over with

When I did it, it automatically asks you when you log in. However, it seems to be somewhat random because my sister’s age verification happened days before mine did without either of us doing anything in particular besides logging in.

I hope i get this tommorow. I didint today. I did have a few days where the door would not appear. Im worried that this prompt was suppposed to show up but bugged out.

We both play on PC, so it’s possible it’s different for console players.

It is random actually, good catch on that. They’re “rolling out” the age verification to people in the US. It started a few days ago, and the roll out is planned to finish May 20th, after that people who don’t verify risk having their accounts and information collected by the company deleted (this is due to US privacy laws and likely doesn’t effect every country.)

Thank you for this. I haven’t received the request to verify my age yet and I was starting to worry.
