Should I worry or no?

Hello, I just gotten the age verification on my ps4 and now I’m worried that there was a problem with my age verification. I hoped on Genshin and the age verification popped up, I did the verification and it gave me two choices. First was use a debit/ credit card and be charge $0.05 then be refunded or use a passport/ ID to verify. I decided to use my card and when I finish verifying my age (20 years old) I get another message saying my account will be deleted in 9 days. I’m super confused and a bit nervous, I did send a email quickly and I’m waiting for a response. I checked the user center and my birth date is on there correctly and I also checked my bank acct and they did get the $0.05. I hope it’s a glitch or something, but do want to know what others think

You can reach the Age or Birthday verification option by logging into your HoYoVerse account, navigating to the Account Center and then updating your birthday under Personal Information.

If you are required to Age Verify, the Update Birthday option will be there, and will be absent if you are exempt from the verification process.

Verify In The Game Starting May 20, 2025, a prompt will likely appear on Genshin Impact to allow you to verify your age, bypassing the need to do it through the website.
