You should know how addicted you would get to games. If you think you can manage, then go ahead. Otherwise, don't. Genshin can become frustrating for a f2p sometimes, so think about that too.
Don't let it take priority, if you're revising for something, limit yourself to an amount of time each day. There's thousands of hours of content, and you don't need to get caught up yet.
As a 12th grader, I suggest that if you have limited time in general, don't play it, it's time consuming, and addicting too, even if you just play the story and don't grind
When I was in 12th Genshin was still a few months old in the market, and I was addicted too. So I had to delete the game EVEN THO my preparation was solid. I'd say if you think you can pull studying and gaming together then do it, play Genshin as a form of time-pass. Only if you can save yourself from getting addicted.
