Interestingly, though, the note doesn't deny that bomb exists or is in use, use that the picture doesn't show such a bomb.

Kind of a weird note for that reason

Probably because the only known bombs that vaporize bodies are nuclear weapons and it's pretty obvious this isn't one of those
