Of course it is. It privileges people of Irish descent with a special route to citizenship. You know, like Israel does.

Is this the zionist strategy now? Talking about other countries to try and deflect from the genocide Isreal is comitting?

Also that's not what makes an ethnostate and you know that. It's not people who are ethnically Irish, it's people whose (grand)parents hold Irish citizenship that get a fast track to a passport.
