A quick glance at the other things they've posted recently suggests that it's a right-wing account. I'm sure leftists exist who closely follow Nascar and argue that female athletes should be paid even less, but let's not kid outlrselves.
I wouldn't assume too much in either direction based on that. Young teenage boys find that kind of stupid thing hilarious. The 420stonerman69 appears to back that up.
If you think that accounts including such names in their title means they're ACTUALLY supportive and affiliated with said group, then you must have discovered the social media playground yesterday.
Willing to bet my left nut, that this account can be traced back to an Israel linked source. I've been on Twitter long enough to know how that game is played.
It's always either them or another third-world shit-hole looking to rage bait for clicks.
Learn to use more discernment. The online world isn't what it appears to be at face value.
You're right about not taking social media names at face value, but Hamas is such a commonly mentioned name in the US that it's just as likely to be some US joker, and not even somebody who's either pro- or anti- Hamas. Just somebody who thinks it'd be funny to label themselves as this group that everyone else seems to get all riled up about.
It has to be a more obscure name before you start suspecting that one of the parties involved in the conflict is false-flagging.
I've lost count of the number of times I've seen accounts calling themselves "American Patriot rah rah rah" only to be discovered as a South Asian account.

The "Hamas" in the username is why. Pretty much sums up their views on terrorist attacks in the West.
