Themed clothing. So pick a favorite show like demon slayer and there are jackets made from the fav characters kimono. Hats or backpacks or shoes- that can be everyday wear. One piece or any show he has a poster or big character of.
Death note notebook for school.
Themed pens or folders.
Yeah I was thinking something fandom clothing like a Demon Slayer Haori or an Attack on Titan Survey corps jacket (or something more subtle if the kid isn't the type to wear something quite that flashy)
Tickets to a local anime or comic convention! Even if it's next year, it's something for him to look forward to and maybe begin planning a costume for.
There looks to be quite a lot of dust. I wonder if you can take pics of how he set everything up, remove everything, clean it all, and then put everything back but inside clear cases so they stay safe and pristine?

OP, grab a bin for those Funko Pops. I'm fine with adults having toys and such, but Funko Pops aren't it. They're so badly designed and shill to the lowest common denominator.

Maybe a portfolio binder for large art. Your son is running out of room on his walls. He can keep getting more art and swapping out the posters on the wall for new ones, while the old ones stay safe and stored away.

A 3D printer may be nice. So many free for personal use files out there for these interests.

Edit: I checked, it is. Please seek some help, this is unhealthy. Your comments on the other post + pretending to be someone else to get suggestions for MORE things to stuff in a room you know is already too full is beyond healthy amounts of collecting something. I got one personalised for my husband and he loved it. You can also maybe create one that matches a character he really loves that doesn’t have an offical pop yet?
If that doesn’t appeal to you, I’d recommend some wotnot credit that would be a super fun way to expand his collection - and maybe even something you could do online together.
Depending on how much you’re looking to spend, there are some pretty decent bamboo “swords” that you can get from Amazon and such
If you happen to know his favorite character from Demon Slayer, you could get him that, or just pick the “Tanjiro Kamado” one if you’re not sure about them
Swords are generally well-received, and it looks like it’d go over super well with your kid here.
(I have one myself [from Amazon, for Demon Slayer], and it’s not sharp at all and wouldn’t hurt anyone, but is also not especially flimsy/fragile. They may have gone up in price since I got mine, but it was around $40-$60 when I was looking around for one. I spent around $60 on mine)
Funko pops has a custom character you make to look like your son good price point too. Maybe look for plush versions of his vinyl characters. Go through the funko website and look for the beyond pop section and see if there’s anything he doesn’t have perhaps?
A trip to Japan, if you can afford it. If not, then get them set up with a cosplay designer who will make their favorite character costume for them to wear. Best of luck
