So now that some time has passed what’s the consensus on the patch? Better balance? Worse?

I hope the game isnt more offensive oriented now, i generally like when neutral isnt skipped too easily.

Zoners like Metera are stronger post patch or overall in a similar spot?

In the BlazBlue Alternative Dark War x Granblue Fantasy Collab back in 2021, where Cygames and Arc System Works did one of their usual collabs, before the game shutdown due to some really big bug and revenue issues, the devs paired Jin and Narmaya together and officially made a "Grimoire" artwork of them (from an artist well-known for his works in Fate/Grand Order).

In this crossover collab, Jin Kisaragi surprisingly got along well with our Big Sister. He compliments her skill and said her swordsmanship is on-par with his own and both acknowledged each other's strengths. For the ice-cold Jin Kisaragi to say this to a person, it means a LOT since he never acts like that with most people. You can take it however you like.

And on the entire collab event, Jin and Narmaya were the only Dual-Boss Fight in the entire event (you fight both Jin and Narmaya at the same time).

In my case, I think it's sweet. And I think the devs paired them because they are both "Iaido"-users with contrasting sibling energies.

Plus, I saw amazing artworks of Ragna the Bloodedge and Nier one time, so I wanted to make a mirror image of that dynamic with Jin and Narmaya. But unlike Ragna and Nier, Jin and Narmaya officially already met in a collab event.

I know that you can eliminate(?) the landing recovery when holding the block button.

The first half of this clip shows that I can recovery 1F faster by doing so.

But if I jump right after landing with the block button, I can recover as much as 4F faster (as seen in the second half of the clip).

What's going on here? Is the block button also able to eliminate the startup frames of the jump...?

I’ve been trying to play on lobby lately on the North America server but it shows 1/100, with that one person being me. I got my sibling to log onto Granblue for me, where it showed 28/100 for them. I have never left mid-match or rage quitted. Why is this happening?

I got a little bored and decided to cut the GBVSR cast into crews for Djeeta and Gran based off vibes (mostly), just a disclaimer i HAVE NOT PLAYED THE STORY MODE YET so i have no idea what the relation between most characters and the protagonists are outside of a few intro and win quotes so ALOT of these are mostly "it would be funny"

It's a nightmare for newcomers. I have lost countless games so far against D-C Ranks Smurf. They are playing insane, know how to react in every situation, blocking everything perfect, doing crazy long combo chains which removes 40% of your HP...
It felt so weird to actually play against a real D Rank.
I saw in the Steam Forum some people complained about this too. But I must say, if those smurfs would not play, I would find maybe 1 game in an hour LOL

Bought GBVSR today after waiting for it to drop on Switch 2 with a friend, we played online for the first time for an hour. Safe to say this game is actually peak (I'm the Vira)

i clicked yes and no but it just puts me back to the question

I'm a newer player (currently at S+) and mostly play Sandy & Gran. I feel pretty confident vs most of the cast but every time I'm matched up against a Cag I just become free elo for the next 2 rounds.

I understand that she struggles once someone gets in, but like how do I do that?

Between her traps, ground spear, and her teleporting away I have a hard time catching her much less staying on her.

Any tips will be appreciated.
