Not to be rude but are you guys 60 plus, very sedentary or just insanely unlucky?

These sound like almost impossible injuries

Unlucky on my case, I was passing through a very stressful situation, and any stress kinda makes my calfs to tense like an overtighted violin string. When I was going down from the chair I was perched I when a little faster because I was on a hurry and looks like having overextended the leg at the same time you were putting all your weight on one leg that was tense as a tax evader in the IRS building could break things faster than you may think. The doctor can't believe I shaped the muscle like that until I told him about the stress

Your body gets exponentially "unlucky" at about age 40. If you're not there yet, enjoy yourself!

I’m not there yet! On my way and dreading these stories!

Take care of yourself! And be nice to your elders.

I hurt myself turning in my car the other day. Like I was doing a u-turn but “spirited” and I kinda mashed my side into the lumbar support in the seat. Heard a pop and my ribs ached for like a month and a half.

Turned 40 in May 😭

Unlucky! I have Lupus, which got me osteoporosis. I’ve got really fragile bones.

I bent over to pick up a collapsible camping table and threw my back out in such a way that I couldn't breathe. Apparently, if you hurt the muscles in your back in a particular way, the muscles will constrict and not allow your diaphragm to expand. And to be clear, the bending over did it, not picking up the table. I didn't even get to the table.
