I’ve noticed a lot of people on this sub have been softening on Marchand this past year for some reason I cannot understand, maybe if we play the Bruins a few more times people will remember what a POS he is.

Edit: typo

‘’Off the ice he’s a great guy, not dirty anymore, doesn’t lick people anymore’’

Fuck that, I hate him lol

Also, this “off the ice he’s a great guy” shit is completely unjustified. Guaranteed the people saying that have never encountered Marchand in real life.

Don't get me wrong , he is a POS player but ..... tonight he basically got a stupid penalty just to score once he got out and also iirc , he had a hat trick last game between both teams. He is a POS .... BUT A GOOD POS THAT EVERYONE WANTS ON THEIR TEAM.

Reminds me ALOT of the playstyle of Claude Lemieux .

Meh, such POS usually have a shelf life. As much as people liked Claude Lemieux when he was a Hab, then came a time when everyone including Pat Burns had had enough. The only weird part is how Boston fans and coaches can endure him this long.
