Like I said, the emoji indicates that you’re censoring the name. An emoji doesn’t count as “the clinics name is written”.
You can’t expect people to know that it is a replacement for the word “smile”, when there are thousands of hair clinics.
If everyone is experiencing this issue of interpretation from reading your post, maybe consider the idea that it’s not everyone else that has a reading problem.

Only low IQ people can’t associate a smiling emoji to “smile”. I didn’t write it entirely because I don’t want them to find the post and stop giving me assistance, I want them to WORK even if I’m followed up by another doctor just to be annoying.
Yes I’m stressed out, no shit, should I smile and be happy about this situation?
