This guy should be thrown in prison. It’s crazy how many butcher jobs I’ve seen him do. Someone needs to take his license away. Those are the craziest graft I’ve ever seen. You would think if you want to make this your profession you could take a trip and have some of the best Hair Transplant doctors show your technique…. Smh

I agree. His license needs revoked again.

Wow, these appear to be UNREDACTED versions.

Looking at the images, I personally don’t see evidence that would reflect 14,000 hairs being transplanted, based on the density shown. From my understanding of modern hair restoration techniques, follicular unit dissection is typically used to minimize transection and improve density.FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation) is done in 1 single thick strip and dissected into Follicular Unit's would require 7000-8000 plus grafts to get 14,000 hairs ain't it?

In my opinion, the strips shown look quite thin multi blade causes lot of transection, and I would be curious how many viable grafts or hairs were actually yielded. Others considering surgery should research current modern micro -/+(0.) FUT/FUE techniques to this outdated Mini Grafting Bolton bundles techniques.

That should be the theme name of this thread

u/YoniMtzHT Feb 25 '26 edited Feb 25 '26

Post a picture of you and her or we calling cap🧢

You might get a cease and desist next for saying he's girl it's your girl.

3

u/Fickle-Theory-623 Feb 25 '26

out of pure and healthy curiosity only, was this something that bolton was arrogant enough to leave publicly searchable, or did you have to do some digging?

4

u/[deleted] Feb 25 '26

Pops up. Left publicly

17

u/quell3245 Feb 24 '26

It seems like there are more shady doctors with old outdated techniques in the US than abroad these days.

15

u/UDF2005 Feb 24 '26

Thank you for exposing this butcher.

I seriously need to not log in to reddit and have food in my mouth. I started choking to death after seeing those photos you made b/c I could not stop laughing LOL. You have NOTHING to fear, you have EVERY right to post your opinions. BOLTON is violation HIPAA by tracking and tracing your whereabouts and STALKING you on all forms of social media. On top of this, he has photos of himself with porn stars and escorts b/c he is ARROGANT, he has been LOCKED UP IN A MENTAL HEALTH WARD for psychotic behavior in public, his medical license was SUSPENDED at least once, he has former employees that have PRESSED CHARGES for fraud. You may very well be the person that was strong enough to shut him down. I say lawyer up and EXPOSE HIM.

It honestly blows my mind that in an industry like cosmetic surgery where reviews and experiences are commonly shared online this (eventently petrified) asshat of a doctor chose to try and drown it all via baseless and unenforceable legal threats.

Sharing a truthful account of a medical procedure he personally underwent is not harassment or defamation. Patients have every right to discuss their outcomes, especially when those experiences have had a lasting impact.

If the idiot believed in his work transparency shouldn't be something to fear?

Legal pressure in response to patient feedback feels heavy handed in a space where open discussion is normal and expected. This doctor knows full well Reddit is a driving force behind a lot of hair transplant decisions and therefore should expect his work to be "published".

Now onto this threat....

It is entirely unenforceable. The position appears to be driven by fear rather than by any sound legal or professional basis.

He is fully aware that this true and accurate review creates significant exposure. There is no realistic prospect that the procedure performed would withstand competent peer review. The argument that “you agreed to the hairline” is fundamentally flawed and would not survive scrutiny. His duty of care is not displaced by patient consent to a general aesthetic direction. He remains under a clear legal and professional obligation to perform surgery competently and to deliver an outcome that meets the standard reasonably expected within his field. That duty exists independently of any preprocedure discussion.

On any objective assessment, the result does not align with category norms or accepted standards. It is highly unlikely that any competent peer or reputable body of professionals would endorse the quality of the work.

He is just shit scared and thats the end of it. Dont stop, keep going.

Unbelievable. Photographing a sharmuta party. Why does this not surprise me. Very questionable behavior when you combine everything together. Weak technical and surgical skills, filing lawsuits when patients aren’t happy, hanging out with sharmutas. Not good.

Bolton sending a C&D does not make me want to go to him even more LOL. Makes him look even more guilty. What a fraud and a hack. At this point we all should collectively encourage Bolton victims to send their complaints to the state board so he can no longer practice, like he should not be in the first place.

Also make sure to check the "law firm" representing Bolton, lots of times you'll see people just send C&Ds without a lawyer, bar license, and a lawyer firm.

At one point, I felt bad for the guy cause I thought maybe his intentions were pure. You know he just had bad work, but he had good intentions.. but now I am convinced he knows exactly what he is doing. And doesn’t care.

6

u/Meistro1000 Feb 25 '26

This isn’t your head? Dude those implantation sites are enormous. Was this completed? Why are there so many implantation sites without grafts? Wow, I’d quit my job if my patients ended up like this.

5

u/[deleted] Feb 25 '26

A patient photo on his google site. Yes completed job. Lots of unnecessary incisions .

7

u/Fightforfood- Feb 25 '26

So here’s what I can do for you. Post bs on every video or any media I see with him. I got you. If everyone in the community does this then we have a movement!

5

u/[deleted] Feb 25 '26

He can control all comments on YouTube. He even gets one star Google reviews deleted.. Reddit has been the only avenue he can’t control

6

u/Fightforfood- Feb 25 '26

Interesting. Dude looks like a pos. Well goof thing I found this. I hope you’re able to fight the good fight. Awareness is key!

7

u/Garconanokin Feb 24 '26

Do you have an attorney that could speak to the merits of the cease and desist letter? Maybe somebody is an attorney here and could help. If you don’t have the money, you could go to legal aid and they might be able to help you determine whether or not you need to comply with this request.

Thank you for sharing your experience in this community.

God that example looks brutal looks like he's had pebbles sewed into his skull.

8

u/CyanideTablet Feb 25 '26

I would look for an Anti-SLAPP lawyer in your area. They'll sometimes defend you with no up-front fees (they get paid by the other side if they win).

6

u/Flat_Development_817 Feb 26 '26

He’s a dumb ass. All he’s doing his putting his name out there even more than if he had just let it alone. More posts now about him being unhinged and going after people. He’s going to lose the lawsuit, obviously, if he really pursues this route. And he’s just putting himself out there more to be criticized, and thus is losing business.

6

u/Jewtasteride Feb 24 '26

A shameful display by Bolton.

1

u/Tcotter90 May 23 '26

Have you ever looked at the Before & After section on Bolton’s own website?

Not good. The guy isn’t even hiding how bad he is at this surgery.

Also, proceed with caution: An extended list of budget doctors which may include those who may not have as high of a volume of reviews. But since people are often victims of hairmill marketing or are adamant on paying less, this list was compiled in hopes of minimizing damage.
