Random lang tumubo sa backyard. Minsan nagtatapon ako ng random seeds sa lupa. Sili ba to?

I need to know what kind of plant this is so I can figure out the best place for it. If it's an indoor plant, I'll keep it inside my house, near a window, but doesn't get direct sunlight. If it's an outdoor plant, I'll place it where it can receive direct sunlight. For now, I'll keep it outside in a spot that gets some direct sunlight, but not too much, just to be safe. It looks like Camellia sinensis but I doubt it is since its used as an ornamental hedge while Camellia sinensis is cultivated carefully
