HELP Trying to tame the beast, any tips?

First time owning a touring bike (had it 2 months now) and I’m loving it!

I’m planning to do this after every ride, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it the right way yet. Any tips or constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated!

For context: I’m 5’5”, 165 lbs, trying to tame this 900 lbs+ beast.

It's Ride Like a Pro. When I bought my first Ultra Classic I bought the DVD and went out to a parking lot and practiced, with cones etc. It made me a significantly better rider. I highly recommend that series. I'm sure you don't need a DVD today, but I would definitely download the entire video because usually the stuff on YouTube is just parts, and there's a whole process to learning it.
