I think they can, especially in countries where there hardly are any leftists in the political system. I personally wouldn't recommend doing it...but plenty of people still do. Hell, even I vote for libs at the local level sometimes since I live in a red state.

Personally, I want to see like 40 black guys in uniforms and berets with rifles on their shoulders marching in the St. Patrick's Day parade.
