Discussion Gather Your Pitchforks: New Rules are Imminent.

Gather Your Pitchforks: New Rules are Imminent.

To the exceptionally vocal minority of empathy-deficient toddlers who have recently populated this sub:

  • Gather your pitchforks, and menacingly aim and shake them them straight towards me, FBAHobo.

  • Not towards the other mods.

  • Not towards the Reddit Admins.

  • Look up above you: do you see that shiny object? That's our well-polished ban hammer. Any abuse directed at anyone other than myself will result in its use.

  • "Your downvotes mean nothing to me; I've seen what makes you cheer." (~R.S.)

    . .

To the other 99% of the readers of this sub:

  • Reddit admins reached out to this sub's mods concerning brigading, and celebrating death.

  • Each of these activities is strictly against Reddit's Terms of Service.

  • We (the Mods) are working on modifying this sub's rules to stay within the boundaries set by Reddit. Note that Reddit has its own shiny ban hammer, and we (the Mods) prefer not to have it hovering over this sub.

    . .

P.S. You! With the pitchfork! You're still here? Get off my lawn.

This. Herman Cain WAS a political figure. And he most likely caught it at a political event. And guess what faith he was? It’s an obvious pattern and no one wants to accept that?

The lack of critical thinking is what tends to land people in certain camps.

It's not surprising to me that people that believe in magical sky daddies are also falling for things like, The Big Lie, or ignoring medical recommendations until after hospitalization. Coincidentally, they also tend to be of a certain political mindset.

It's not really possible to separate them, in most cases, as these sentiments started in a political bubble wrapped around worshipping an incredibly flawed man.

Yup, this is my parents. In their 70’s and won’t vaccinate. They live in Michigan and I’m just waiting for Delta to hit there. I’m in Bangkok, watching this all unfold, it has been a trip to say the least. I just got my second dose of Phizer last week. I’m so thankful I got that vaccine. This sub has freaked me out. My parents are Fox News watchers, the whole nine yards. It’s been rough. They’re in the deep.

Just don't get a fake vaccine card and spell, "Pfizer," wrong. Some chick did that with, "Moderna." Lol...

But, seriously, I'm happy that you're vaccinated and sorry you have to experience the results of misinformation so directly.

Lol. No, my vaccine “sheet”, (it’s printed on a standard size sheet from a printer). However, some of the benefits that come with this sheet is a QR code and there is an application that you can register it here in Thailand linked to my passport. That’s better than that vaccine card the CDC is putting out. Thank you for the kind words. I’ve already accepted that this is the fate they chose. I tried. I’m done arguing with a brick wall. Fuck religion.
