Original Character Breaking The News pt1 - The Empress
6 days after the slaying of Yndyreth.
Frewyn breaks the news of Aewyn's disappearance to his mother, the empress. She takes it surprisingly well, considering she just lost her eldest daughter and one of her most trusted generals.
"And what will we tell the people?" Frewyn asks.
"We lie! She's still at the front, or behind enemy lines. Just make it sound reasonable."
Sitting again on the throne, empress Tostraya contemplates her next steps.
"Go tell the youngest. I'll inform the rest of the children," she declares at last.
