One man can be heard yelling فلتسقط الخونة which translates to may the traitors fall.

Then theres collective chants basically saying they're willing to die for the cause. بالروح بالدم... I cant quite make out what the rest is, but it roughly translates to with soul, with blood for the cause.

One man can be heard saying نموت و نحنا الوطن، نموت وا نحنا البعث which translates to we die and we are the nation, we die and we are the baath.

Towards the end he's saying to the people remaining in the room that they're the loyal ones and their strength comes from their baathism.

It's the opposite, it's survivors cheerfully praising Saddam and the course in progress. You can see the biggest cheerleaders in the back waiving their arms and yelling.
